Challenge faced on this project: After speaking with the Contracts Manager it became clear that Spitfire was unable to source a contractor to install the wallpaper at 17:00 on a Friday. Not only were we able to accommodate, we also formulated a Risk Assessment and Method Statement and completed the works the following days ready for the soft furnishings team to complete install.
